Design for operation
All structural foundation calculations for the streamer winch and cable lifter have been developed in full compliance with SOLAS requirements, ensuring operational safety under demanding offshore conditions. The vessel has been engineered in accordance with the DNV High Speed, Light Craft and Naval Surface Craft Rules, which impose more stringent criteria than the standard DNV Craft 2.21 rules. In addition, an enhanced safety factor of 1.5 has been applied to slamming loads, reinforcing structural integrity and guaranteeing reliable performance in heavy sea states.
